Upon the Kick-Off of the project implementation, CEC staff is ready to supervise all field and off-site activities to assure that the project will meet its main target, the site supervision services could be offered on daily visit basis upon the client requirements or on a permanent basis through a resident team for the whole life of the project.
The site supervision works is completed partially on the job completion date and the release of Substantial Completion Certificate, and is completed finally on the expiration of the liability defects notification period and the release of the final take-over certificate
