Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:
 

• Responsible for all design stages from Concept to Tender including:
• Hydrological Assessments.
• Hydraulic Design of Flood Protection Structures.
• Rainfall Data Analysis.
• Watershed Delineation.
• flood Analysis.
• Hydrodynamic Modeling.
• Flood Hazard Mapping.
• Design of Drainage Solutions.

Programs:

HEC-RAS / Water GEMS / Flow Master / HEC-HMS / Bentley Hammer / Civil 3D.

Soft Skills:
 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance departments.
