Job Description:

Skilled BIM Modular Draftsman with 5+ years of mechanical and HVAC expertise and proficiency in CAD and Revit. The role involves preparing layouts for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of mechanical, HVAC modeling, and coordination experience.
• Proficiency in BIM-Revit (Autodesk certification is a privilege).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
